Welcome to The Learning Cay. The word "cay" is actually pronounced "key." So what we call the Florida Keys would be spelled
C-A-Y down in the Bahamas. Why would I choose to give my site such a confusing name? Well, aside from my love of the Caribbean, keys unlock doors, gates, cages, and other barriers that conceal or restrain. And since a cay is a place, "The Learning Cay" has a sort of double meaning. The Learning Cay is a place for my students and others to unlock knowledge.
